The hotel has a very central location and is situated close to many of the main tourist attractions. Guests praised the clean and spacious rooms, including the quality of the breakfast served directly to your room. Some guests also appreciated the floor heating in the bathroom and the friendly and helpful staff.
One guest has reported some issues with the availability of towels in the room.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to cafes and shopping. The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available and willing to assist us with any questions or needs during our stay.
Although our room was cleaned daily, the mattresses were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. our experience was enjoyable but could have been improved with better sleeping arrangements and fitness facilities.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the central location close to main tourist attractions, cleanliness, delicious breakfast served in-room and helpful staff.

Great central location close to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Friendly staff that spoke English well. Room service breakfast was a plus! the spacious bathroom and floor heating were amazing touches to the room.
The mattress was uncomfortable and needed attention. Unfortunately, the windows faced a less desirable area, which made us feel less secure.
